An AI phone assistant that answers when you can't
It picks up while you're working, with a customer, in the evening and at the weekend. It speaks naturally, books straight into your calendar, and when the caller really needs you, it transfers the call or arranges a callback.
“If I answer the phone, I drop what I'm doing. If I don't, I lose the customer.”
Why so many calls get lost
Calls always come at the wrong moment
Mid-job, with a customer or behind the wheel, you can't pick up. Most callers don't leave a message and don't try again.
Whoever can't reach you calls the next one
Someone who wants an appointment now won't wait for your callback tonight. They ring the next business on the list and book there. That loss never shows up as a line item.
The same ten questions chop up your day
Opening hours, prices, free slots, address, parking. Each takes two minutes, but it happens ten times a day and pulls you out of the work every time.
What it does on the call
Answers on the first ring, day and night
Weekends and holidays too, several calls at once. Nobody hears a busy tone at peak time.
Books, reschedules and cancels
It offers slots that are actually free in your calendar, with each service's real duration. The booking shows up on your side straight away and the caller gets an SMS confirmation.
Answers from your own information
Price list, opening hours, services, directions: it works from what you give it at setup. When it doesn't know, it doesn't make anything up.
Hands over when a person should decide
A complaint, a custom quote, or a caller who insists on a human: it transfers to the person responsible. If they're unavailable, it records the request and promises a callback.
Sends a summary of every call
Who called, from which number, what they wanted and how it ended. By SMS, email, or straight into your CRM or a spreadsheet, whichever suits you.
Makes outbound calls too
It calls back missed calls, reminds customers of tomorrow's appointment, or runs a short survey of your existing customers.
How a call goes, minute by minute
One appointment booking from start to finish.
- 0:00
Your number rings. If you don't pick up, or calls go straight to the assistant, it answers on the first ring and greets the caller in your business's name.
- 0:10
The caller says what they want. The assistant asks for whatever is missing: which service, when suits them, whose name to book it under.
- 0:45
It checks your calendar and offers two or three slots that are really free. The caller picks one and the assistant reads it back so nothing is misheard.
- 1:30
It writes the booking into your calendar. The caller gets an SMS confirmation with the exact time and the address.
- 1:35
You see a short summary on your phone: who called, what they wanted, how it ended. And anything you need to decide yourself.
What we connect it to
- Your existing phone number, through call forwarding: no need to change numbers
- Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly or your current booking system
- Your CRM, a Google Sheet or email, wherever the call summaries should land
- SMS and email confirmations and reminders
- Any other system with an API or webhook, connected through n8n
Before going live we play through the typical calls with your services and your rules: the simple booking, the fully booked day, the unclear request, and the caller who insists on a human. It only goes live once every one of them works the way you want.
